Your Monthly Singles Night at Ronnie’s
Ronnie’s Bar brings a little LA glamour together with the character and charm of a traditional English country club.
For one night each month, we’ll take over an exclusive space downstairs and transform it into your own private singles social.
You’ll be greeted by your host on arrival before making your way downstairs to our exclusive space, where the evening will begin with relaxed introductions.
Think smart casual, stylish surroundings, good music and easy conversation.
No pressure. No cheesy dating games. Just a great night out with other singles.

Forget Everything You Hate About Dating Events
This is not speed dating. There are no timers, no awkward rotations and no forced one-to-one conversations. You can move around the room, grab a drink, join an icebreaker when you fancy it and chat to whoever catches your attention.
Our host will be there throughout the evening to make introductions and help you settle in, particularly if you’re arriving on your own.
And don’t worry if you’re nervous. Most people come alone.

Please note that tickets are non refundable.
The earlier you book, the more tickets we can release.
To keep the evening as balanced as possible, we release tickets in batches and carefully monitor the mix of men and women booking.
So if you’d like to join us, please book early, your booking helps us release more tickets and invite more local singles to the event.
Coming Alone?
Perfect. You absolutely don’t need to bring a friend. Your host will greet you at the door, welcome you into the event and help you settle in.
You’ll then make your way downstairs into our exclusive singles space, where you can grab a drink, meet people and enjoy the evening at your own pace.
You won’t be left standing in a corner wondering what to do.
Just bring yourself. We’ll take care of the rest.
Photography & Filming
Photography and short-form video will be captured during the event for use across Be Dating Beautiful’s website and social media channels. If you’d like to be excluded, please let the host (Eleni) know on arrival.

Is this speed dating?
No. There are no timers, rotations or forced one-to-one conversations. This is a relaxed singles social where you can meet people naturally.
What age group is it for?
This event is aimed at singles over 40.
Do I need to come with someone?
Absolutely not. Many guests come alone, and your host will welcome you when you arrive. Should you like moral support, it would be possible for friends to stay at the bar, whilst you go through to the singles mixer downstairs. (I promise you, it’s not needed though…guests often feel relaxed once they’ve arrived and have been introduced to some friendly faces).
What should I wear?
Smart casual. Ronnie’s is a stylish setting, so think drinks-after-work rather than trainers-and-a-hoodie.
Will there be icebreakers?
Yes, but nothing cringe, we promise! They’re optional and designed simply to make it easier to start conversations.
Will there be music?
Yes. Our lounge DJ will provide relaxed background music throughout the evening, enough to create an atmosphere without getting in the way of conversation.
Will there be men and women?
We carefully manage ticket sales and do our best to maintain a balanced mix across the evening.
Is this the first Ronnie’s singles event?
