What to Expect
This isn’t another awkward singles event where you’re stuck making small talk. This is a fun, relaxed games night designed to get everyone talking, laughing, and connecting naturally. Think friendly competition, easy conversations, and a great night out, where meeting new people happens without pressure or forced interactions.
On the night you’ll enjoy:

We’ve reserved a dedicated games area, so there’s plenty of space to move, mingle, and settle in with a drink while the games get going.

How the night works:
🕢 7:30pm arrival: Meet in our reserved games area, grab a drink, and ease into the evening.
👥 Age-grouped rotations: When booking, you’ll choose the age group that suits you best:
- 50s
- 60s
On the night, guests are grouped by age and gently rotated around the different games, with plenty of time for drink breaks, laughs, and relaxed chats along the way.
You’ll spend around 25 minutes at each game before everyone comes together for a final mingle — so if you’ve spotted someone in another age group, don’t worry… there’ll still be a chance to say hello. 😉

- Please note there is no parking at the White Hart. The nearest parking is at Gascoyne Way Car Park, just a few minutes away.
- By Train: Hertford North & Hertford East Stations are less than 1 mile away.

This event is suitable for those in their 30s, and 40s (if you’re under or over a bit, don’t worry it’s just a guide)

Absolutely. Many people do. I’ll be there to make introductions and ensure everyone feels included.
