We’ve teamed up with The Crown in Aston End to bring you a Summer Singles Social you won’t be able to refuse.
What’s Included
- 🍕 Any pizza from The Crown menu (including gluten free & vegan options)
- 🍷🍺 A drink (A pint of lager, A medium glass of house wine or a large soft drink)
You can expect:
- Ping pong, garden games & friendly competition 🏓
- A relaxed pub atmosphere (no awkward name tags or forced conversations)
And yes… knowing how competitive our crowd is from previous games nights, we’re expecting a very unofficial ping pong tournament to break out.
The real question is: will you share a slice… or keep it all to yourself?
(I’ve already had a little taste test with my son (strictly research purposes). The verdict: proper pizza oven, chef-made, genuinely excellent…. This isn’t standard pub pizza, you’re in for something really special!)
How the Night Works
When you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into our reserved area and given your wristband and table number.
You’ll then:
- Order your pizza & grab your drink
- Join your group
- Kick off with a quick icebreaker game before your food arrives
Then the evening flows naturally with games, drink breaks, and easy conversation along the way, giving you the opportunity to meet everyone.

Thursday 23rd July. Arrival times by age group:
- 55–65 → 7:15pm
- 45–54 → 7:30pm
- 35–44 → 7:45pm
