Galentine’s Day is traditionally about celebrating friendships and this night embraces exactly that spirit. And what better way to celebrate than with other like-minded singles?
Join Be Dating Beautiful for a Galentine’s Singles Night at The Orange Tree Pub in Hitchin. We’ll be meeting from 7:30pm in our reserved area, giving you time to settle in, meet new people and enjoy relaxed conversation before the DJ kicks off from 8–11pm.
This is not speed dating. There are no forced icebreakers, no awkward rotations and no pressure to “find the one”.
Instead, expect:
- A welcoming singles community
- Easy, organic conversations
- Laughter, dancing and good energy
Whether you come solo or bring a wingman/wingwoman for moral support, you’ll be welcomed and included. I’ll be there making introductions so no one gets left out.

Is this a speed dating event?
No. Our events are all about meeting organically. There are no timers, rotations or forced conversations, just relaxed socialising.
What age group is this event for?
This event is suitable for ages 30+, with no age limit. Expect a mix of like-minded singles.
Can I come on my own?
Absolutely. Many people do. I’ll be there to make introductions and ensure everyone feels included.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes, bringing a wingman or wingwoman is encouraged if it helps calm the nerves, especially for your first event.
What time should I arrive?
We recommend arriving from 7:30pm to settle in and meet people before the DJ starts at 8pm.
Is there dancing?
Yes! A DJ will be playing from 8–11pm, so bring your dancing shoes and your best moves.
Do I need to dress up?
Dress to feel good. Think relaxed, confident and comfortable, there’s no strict dress code.
Is this just for women / men?
This is an inclusive singles event open to everyone.

Venue & Travel
The Orange Tree Pub in Hitchin, 100 Stevenage Rd, Hitchin SG4 9DR. There is parking available at the pub. Located on the outskirts of Hitchin town centre, you would need to grab a taxi to the station.
