Our Singles Comedy Night brings together Hertfordshire singles for an evening of laughter, relaxed socialising, and genuine connections.
Why Be Dating Beautiful Events Work
Having been through the awkwardness of online dating myself, I wanted to create real-life opportunities for singles to meet naturally, at events they already love.
Since July 2025, we’ve been running singles nights across Hertfordshire, starting with Todd in the Hole, the UK’s first festival to host a dedicated singles area.
With over 1.4 million people leaving dating apps last year, meeting in real life has never been more popular and our events often sell out.

Event Details
This March join us for a laid-back singles event at The Crown in St Albans, combining great company, laughter, and live comedy.
📅 Wednesday 25th March, 7–11pm
- From 7pm: Meet in our reserved area for drinks and mingling.
- 7.45pm: We’ll head through for Jest Another Comedy (no reserved seating—first come, first served).
- In between acts & after the show: Our singles meet-up continues back in the pub…chat, connect, and share a good laugh.
Expect a fun evening where you can get out of the house, meet new people, and enjoy a jolly good laugh.
