Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
If the event is cancelled or rescheduled by Be Dating Beautiful, you will be offered the option to transfer your ticket to another Be Dating Beautiful event of equal value. We do not offer cash refunds for cancellations outside of our control (e.g., extreme weather, festival-wide closure), but we will always do our best to provide a suitable alternative or credit.

Ticket Refunds & Transfers
All ticket purchases are non-refundable. However, tickets may be transferable to another person with prior notice and written approval from our team. Please contact us at least 48 hours before the event to request a name change or transfer.

Rain or Shine Policy
Our events are designed to go ahead rain or shine, including those held at outdoor festivals. We recommend dressing appropriately for the weather to ensure you have the best experience possible.
