All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
Event Terms Definitions
For the purposes of any event or ticket purchase:
- “Event” means any live experience hosted by Be Dating Beautiful or in partnership with a third-party organiser (e.g. festival experiences, singles mixers, workshops).
- “Festival Partner” means a third-party event organiser (e.g. Todd in the Hole Festival) where Be Dating Beautiful provides branded experiences.
- “Attendee” means a person who has purchased a ticket or registered for an Event.
Ticket Purchases and Refunds
- All tickets for Events hosted by Be Dating Beautiful and/or in partnership with Festival Partners are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the Event is officially cancelled by the Event organiser.
- In the event of Festival Partner cancellation, rescheduling or material alteration of the Event as defined by the Festival Partner’s terms, refunds will be issued only by the Festival Partner at their discretion in accordance with their policies.
- Be Dating Beautiful is not responsible for issuing refunds for Event cancellations, rescheduling or changes made by Festival Partners.
- Rain or Shine Policy
Our events are designed to go ahead rain or shine, including those held at outdoor festivals. We recommend dressing appropriately for the weather to ensure you have the best experience possible.
Third-Party Event Partners
- Some Events are hosted in partnership with third-party organisers (e.g. festivals). By purchasing a ticket for such an Event, you acknowledge and agree that your name and email address will be shared with the Festival Partner solely for ticket issuance and official event communication.
- Be Dating Beautiful will not share your details with any third party except as required to fulfil ticketing obligations, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
- Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the Be Dating Beautiful Privacy Policy.
Minimum Age Requirement
Our events are designed for adults aged 18 and over. Attendees may be asked to show proof of age.
No Match Guarantee
Be Dating Beautiful facilitates social experiences and opportunities to meet other attendees, but does not guarantee personal connections, matches or romantic outcomes.
Photography & Videography
Be Dating Beautiful and its authorised photographers may capture photos, videos, livestreams and other media at Events.
By attending, you grant Be Dating Beautiful a non-exclusive licence to use images, videos or audio recordings that include your likeness for promotional and marketing purposes across digital, print and social media.
If you do not wish to be photographed or appear in media, please inform Event staff at check-in.
Communication Consent
By registering for a Be Dating Beautiful event, you agree to receive SMS messages and/or emails related to the event you are attending. You may also receive occasional updates about future events or services we offer. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Use of Personal Information
We collect certain details (such as age, gender, and availability) to help us create a better event experience for you. This information may be used to guide you to suitable activities during the event. Your data is never shared externally and is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].
Code of Conduct
All attendees are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly. Be Dating Beautiful reserves the right to remove any participant from the event without refund if their behaviour is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
- All attendees must behave respectfully towards other participants, staff, volunteers and Festival Partner personnel.
- If Be Dating Beautiful determines that your conduct is inappropriate, disruptive, or harmful, you may be removed from the Event without a refund.
